Getting rid of infected sperm.

I did not use her as a masturbation device. She came to me. I am not saying this to be disrespectful, I have been dealing with this issue and have been trying my best to abstain. I have been noticing some remains after the treatment and some pain near my pelvic area and I am sorry to wonder if it is not spreading to my epydimitis. Yeah I am scared a little because Im starting to feel weird around the side of my penis. It feels like an irritating feeling which I believe is it spreading to my testys. I am a bit stressed. Unfortunately this infection has made me realize that I am not ready for sex. Ive been pressured into doing it and I usually dont enjoy it partly because of guilt and the NoFap thing before. I have 17 days left. I havent watched P since that day I started. I have ejaculated but its from being with a woman or providing semen for analysis. I will never watch P again intentionally. But I will try to abstain from sex as much as possible until I am married. I think Ming though is going to be necessary if I am to accomplish the other but I am not sure.
