    I was interested in AP and LD way back in 2012.

    Lucid dreams can come without even trying. Astral projection will probably take more effort. It’s all dependent on how clean your vessel is really. Semen retention is probably the most important step. My dreams are incredibly vivid and often lucid now a days.
