On Day 2, going ok. Instead of acting out this morning, I got up, got dressed, did some journalling, attended an online 12-step meeting, prayed for help to stay PMO free today, and catching up on noFap now. Good luck to all the 7-day challengers today #dosomethingdifferent

 

Day 2/7 completed. Rough day today. In the past, I would’ve found an excuse and given in. But thanks to this forum, I think I can hang in there this time.

 

On Day 2 as well. Having early challenge urges like yourself but getting through.

2/7 done. Expecting the weekends to be tougher than the weekdays so getting through it #sobrietyisnotasentence

 

Day 7 successfully completed,Im glad and a bit proud of myself that I finished this first step but Im immediately gonna start next challenge and keep improving in all aspects of my life.Thank you all for the support and stay calm and strong,we are all gonna make it,just believe it friends!

 

Alright. I'm here. Day 0. Haven't watched porn yet today but I want to so I'm going to start this challenge.

 

5 days are running out. day 6 starts let's continue.

Just checking in before going to bed. Am really proud of myself - five days (going on 6) PMO and tomorrow, 3 days into this challenge.

I have learnt alot about myself since really committing myself to NF - that staying sober is a heart and mind process: will power plays a part, but having a Higher Power is the key. I pray each morning for sobriety and give thanks at night. My prayers are super-short, so I never miss doing them, one day at a time.

But I must also be mindful of the Lower Power that tells me I hate myself and that I will fail in this battle. But not today, my dear-enemy!

Day 5/7. That urges have been really bad, but I’m doing my best to fight them. Trying to stay busy.

3/7 Feeling great. I am feeling good and not letting life get me down. Exercise has helped and I am making progress on habits. We can do this together!!
