Going crazy

    I keep getting these urges to open up a porn site. I'm trying to keep busy by doing something else, but certain sites pop into my head. I'm trying my best not to give into this addiction but it is hard.

    I'm feeling a little better. I went outside on my porch, took some deep breaths, and tried to read a book. I'm trying to not get back into social media though because that makes everything much worse.
