So I don't want to sound too picky or scared but I just had a wet dream (honestly I was looking forward to having to get rid of prostate pressure) and while I was ejaculating I woke up to rub the rest out just to make sure everything was out. I didn't stroke/rub for any sexual pleasure, nor did I keep on stroking to ejaculate again outside of the one I had during my wet dream. I don't want to sound redundant about what is a relapse or not but I do feel pretty weird/bad. Ive been 3 weeks clean and honestly loving the journey.

Hey man. Wet dreams are NOT a relapse. However, if it was provoked by the use of P, then it would be considered a relapse. Wet dreams happen from years and years of programming from pmo, especially o. Don't get caught up on the wet dream. The mind will try to get you stuck on it so you will relapse (the mind will do anything for the dopamine).

I just posted a thread last night about the topic of wet dreams because I had one yesterday. Title: My Take on the Topic of Wet Dreams.

I wouldn't count a dream as a relapse. It's not something you consciously do.

IMO only intentional use of porn count as a relapse.

thanks for the clarification bro! there was no influence of P, Ive been pmo clean for 3 weeks. But I do agree about the pro programming, Ive had extremely sexual dreams since I've started literally almost every night. Im going to stay strong and not cave in!
