How do you deal with INTENSE sexual energy inside you?

    Hey Guys,

    Right now I"m on Day 3. I'm just going through agony right now. My energy inside me is really very intense. I'm exhausted mentally and physically yet my horny/sexual energy is so incredibly strong. I know I'm withdrawing the addiction right now.

    I'm feeling the TESTOSTERONE SURGE going up very rapidly inside me. My desire to ejaculate is incredibly STRONG right now.

    how do you deal with the rapid testosterone surges inside you? the agony? I'm going outside to take a walk and hopefully that will cool down my testosterone surge.

  2. I find heavy front squats to be a good anger managing tool... (Olympic style)
    (But do you lift? Because it's not possible to step in there right from the get go, and is a very energy and technique intensive exercise.)

    I feel you dude,

    I have been running 4 times a week and doing calisthenics while learning an instrument and reading. It feels almost impossible and the pull towards P is becoming stronger. Ive found myself having to fight the want to look up bikini models (and doing so sometimes) and rationalizing. I have set up blockers to where I dont have access to P.

    If I had an answer I would share it, but my best advice is to just stay occupied. Find a book, start writing, play an instrument. Most importantly, keep strong!

    I agree. It's tough being a man. The temptations are EVERYWHERE. I miss the bikini models too but I cannot afford to check them out lol. What are you reading now?

    Hello Everyone,

    I m new to this forum. I am masturbating since 16 years continuosly, 4 times a week. Before i used to masturbate watching porn and imagining Women whom i seen in the day but past 3 yrs i am masturbating while Doing Video Sex chat with a Latin Amrican lady.

    Ive found some good meditation videos for this. Basically get comfortable, control tour breathing and relax. Then imagine the energy between your legs, then visualize that energy moving away from your groin into the rest of your body.

    Its more detailed then that. But try and refocus that energy into different parts of your body where its more useful.

    Have you tried calf raise exercises? When I have those urges, I go to the bathroom in my own home and do them. Some of the exercises that we didn't know was humping. Calf raises are one of them. Hip thrusting is another one. Hope that helps.

  18. I always feel like I want to do something meaningful and impact something when I feel sad and most likely to PMO. Like do something that will change the world or my world, as the expression goes. Like good things we imagine in porn, movies, books etc.

    I think many parents feel a sense of value and meaning by making babies, but I would only want to make a big strong healthy baby. Chances are slim that I could impregnate a 6 foot tall, 150-200 pound 18 year old woman.

    This will sound strange but one of the short term secret weapons I have is to eat something really bad/weird tasting. with PMO you're dealing with the three senses of sight, sound and touch with M. Introducing a completely different sense channel with weird information through taste makes the brain stop and figure out what's going on. I force myself to keep the taste in my mouth for 5 minutes. It may not be the only thing that will do it depending on how strong the urge is and what else you got going on but it's something that can give you an extra edge/advantage.

    Edit: Important - it's also not one I use all the time. I don't have that many weird tasting things to use so it's when I think its going to be too much doing other stuff that I need something extra. I might take a bitter tasting supplement I take anyway out of the capsule and dump that on my tongue, etc.

    Yesterday was just HELL. No other way to put this. I am now on Day 4. I had the most intense desire to ejaculate last night. I breath deeply and visualized my energy moving from my dick to my brain... That helped.
