EVERYDAY Share An Information About The Harms Of PMO

Discussion in 'Rebooting - Porn Addiction Recovery' started by Deleted Account, May 27, 2020.

  1. I would like to create this thread to help everyone to increase his/her awareness about the harms of unnatural sexual indulgence. The more awareness the higher rebooting chances. This could be a Quote, A personal Experience, Or other materials related.

    So here I start:

PMO causes mental disorders related to Anxiety and Depression due to the repetitive hyper increase in Dopamine; the hormone which plays a main role in controlling Anxiety and depression.

    Another one:

The more a person watches Porn the more novelty he discovers, this will lead to unnatural fetishes and fantasies which will make real life sex unsatisfactory.

Share whatever you find that is good to mention to aware Fapstaurnuts about their enemy.

I like it man. I'll visit this thread often for motivation.

Think of yourself as separate from the mind. We must win the battle against the mind every single day. Our addicted mind will do anything for the dopamine its used to. Stay in the fight, don't run from it!!

    Hope this helps someone.

Pornography is not a victimless form of entertainment. How can you be sure that consent was given. It is too closely tied to human trafficking. You can never guarantee who you're watching isn't a victim.

Pornography robs you of life... Leaving you depressed and unmotivated. Don't ignore the science! Chronic use of pornography disrupts your brain chemical processes. With each use, more and more graphic material is recquired to achieve the arousal.

Pornography tricks your brain into thinking that your innate desire for human connection is fulfilled resulting in a nearly nonexistent desire for human connection.
