    It's been 7 months of free from porn websites and masturbation combined. I started to read the bible scriptures about porn and masturbation combined and that's a sin. I tried to do masturbation without porn and lustful thoughts, but for me it's impossible because I still have lustful thoughts and I would relapse, so it's better for me to not to masturbate at all and keep the semen inside the body. Also, every time I see the females with massive hips and big butts, soles of their feet when I'm out at the public, I always get orgasms from them. Looking at women the lustful way is also a sin. I'm afraid that it's going to take years to overcome. This is not a competition, it's a lifetime. If I can get orgasms from something else, then that would be better.

    I think a part a lot of use forget its natural to look at a beautiful women and wanting her. Were we go wrong is that we only look at her in a lustful way. I think their is a balance to it, yes she as a big ass and as a man its nice. But at the same time their is more to her then just her body. On my longest streaks i was more interested in their face then their bodies, see i looked at their bodies i am only human after all. But i was just amazed at the beauty of their faces. I think thats where as men we need to aim for. i could be wrong.

    Keep reading it for at least 2 hrs especially the new testament. Have in mind that Jesus has already provided a solution through His death to free you from sinful habits. Keep reading it may seem that it's getting worse that's just satan trying to discourage you just continue reading you will be free without much will power I'm an example
