    I was on Instagram and I went to my friends account and there was an add notification and it showed this woman showing her bare chest (no clothes) and I didn’t click on it and I blocked and restricted it right away but it kept showing up on everyone’s account but it eventually disappeared, does this count as a relapse? It didn’t turn me on and I deleted Instagram right after

    I got some really good unrelated advice a while ago , that could best be translated to this situation as - if you're questioning it, then you already know it's a problem. Take the subtle hints your mind is giving you, and roll with what you already know is true.

    I wouldn't break down in anguish about it, But take the hint you're giving yourself.

    Misread A little bit it sounds like you already handled it. If you were able to move through the experience and come out on the other side victorious, then you did not err
