I don't deal, I want to have high libido tbh. Whats the problem?

 

I had the same thing. And it made me relapse too bad...
I believe if you go walking you will feel better. Don't make a mistake as me. Stay strong and believe in yourself, you will do it bro.

 

Unless you have been clean from pmo for a significant amount of time, you do not know what your real libido is. Porn fuels sexual thoughts, drives your urges. You are craving a dopamine fix not sex. So you deal with your high “ libido” by abstaining. You learn to control yourself. Your thoughts. Determine what your triggers are for urges and then make a plan. A good book is Treating pornography addiction by Dr.kevin Skinner. There is a reason that csats advise hard mode 90 days for all sex addicts, even the married ones.

 

You know you can use all that wonderful "libido" you have on other activities... its called sexual energy transmutation. It happens automatically. You stop watching porn and fapping, eventually your mind will be free to explore new things... use that sexiness for something productive. Rather then a screen with pixels and Vaseline.
