  5. Day 6/14. Again got up in the morning and went out first thing. Felt good to breathe in fresh morning air and bright sunlight. Help me get the day started with the right mindset.

    Starting this challenge. Just completed the 7 day challenge. Today is Day 0 Hour 0.

    So will tomorrow be Day 1 completed? Or it'll be the start of Day 1?

  16. Day 7/14. Halfway through. Still maintaining routine of going out in the morning for a walk. Today exercise as well. Back to work. It's monday. Have a good week ahead all. Hang in there. Keep getting up.

    Good call. I hadn't thought of picking up the guitar when I'm tempted. I need the practice anyway.

    The way most people do it (or how I have been): Tomorrow would be "Day 1", meaning that you've completed one day.

    Is that how everyone else does it? After nearly two years I should prob know this haha.

    Keep it up sporty! What are your reasons for quitting? (no need to post here if you'd prefer not to) Reviewing them can help.
