    2. Music - I personally make music to get my mind of it mainly works because it is something you would like and you will forget your urge

    3. Think about benefits - think about the benefits if you get past this 90 days you will be stronger, manly, more attractive that can help

    4. go outside - go get some fresh air when your outside you cant masturbate unless you wanna get arrested the nature can relieve your stress your feeling and loneliness

    5. clean your room - when you get the urge you have heaps of energy use this energy to clean your room and house.

    Great ideas, look into new interests, revisit old ones, get better at something that you enjoy, get into art, life is to short to waste it with our hands in our pants, but it does not come easy, staying busy all the time. I've never gotten so much done in my life, going to wind up mowing the neighborhood lol, if I run out of things to do. Thanks for sharing

    Also think about when the last time you bust a nut meaning release semen. I feel disgusting and sick to my stomach. Spilling and wasting semen means killing the baby and makes me cry.
