100 Days Without P or M - The Ultra Marathon (Started on May 15, 2020)

  1. A big thank you for all that you do for your country. :)
    Because of the armed forces we are able to relax at our home.

    I think you can tap into all the sexual tension and energy, and use it in your training and save the aggression for the enemy. You are at a more responsible role than most of the jobs people do.
    Leave PMO for good, my friend.

    PMO is one big reason, why I couldn't be good enough for joining the armed forces. I was 17, when I started jerking off, which is the most crucial age, a man goes through. I was physically and mentally draining myself growing up, by indulging into MO almost every day while taking bath, pooping or both. It is disgusting to even recall those late teenage years.

    Once, I had cleared the written exam, but could not go past the first round of test in the selection interview (for joining the joint service academy of our country's armed forces), which lasts for 5 days. I was out, on the first day!

    While you are in the Army already, please don't loose the precious sexual energy by jerking off.

    Huh I have to admit that I watched some pretty questionable stuff (not porn or nude) so I did not relapse but sure I have to stop watching anything which could lead to relapse. Any arousal stuff sure also is a set back for healing.

  4. Totally. I avoid movies with sexual content because of this very reason. We must be vigilant about removing any potential triggers so that we can remain strong. It’s good that you have recognized this.
     
  5. Quick check in ladies and gents. I am still staying vigilant. I feel like a broken record, but this challenge is my first "group effort" on NoFap, and the extra layer of accountability is outstanding.

    @Juha I'm guessing no, but do you have any experience with the dieting fasting described. I see a lot of fasting app ads pop in my social media feed because I'm also on a fitness journey to lose 70 pounds. My diet is my weakest pillar of fitness for sure.
     
  6. Day 15 or 16 cant remember exactly which one. Going through uncertain times at the moment so feeling very edgy. No PMO cravings today. Hope everyone is doing well - congrats everyone who has come this far

  10. I really have been enjoying problem solving during Nofap. It's something that gets your mind to wonder.

  13. It’s good to recognize your feelings of inner turmoil. Be vigilant - sometimes non-PMO related issues can lead us to PMO because our minds want to escape. Nice work getting to day 18!
     
  14. All the urges and withdrawal symptoms... this has been a rollercoaster ride to say the least - full of highs and lows!

    My days are literally floating right now esp mentally, highs and lows are hitting me every few hours.

    But gosh - day 18 already!!!!!!! The progress is massive!

    Forget baby steps, it feels like a giant leap
     
  15. 17 days completed for me. I am still feeling like I am completely at a higher level of commitment and mindful of what is happening around me (NoFap related). Seeing myself building up attraction for my wife, and putting it to healthy activity, or even something as simple as showing her extra appreciation and love vs: "trying to ___her".

    Let's roll out and get some miles in today. Side note: Proud to see almost all of April and the latter half of my MAY calendar spotless from RED and AMBER marks.

    Not sure if I mentioned it on here specifically, it is in my journal, but I track my NoFap related events on my google calendar. Red events are Porn with MO. Amber events are MO with no external stimuli. I think of these as far less of a danger to my well being, but also that are frowned upon for the sake of working in ED, PIED, and PE issues when being intimate with my wife. Sexual Activity of any kind leading to Orgasm is purple.

    In the beginning everything was red - and it was just thought of as bad because of NO PMO / hard mode type mentality. Over time I came to alter my goals, and thinking; and so only PMO and MO were tracked as red.

    Recently I went back and added the amber code for MO. Again - not good - but also not highly favorable. So in my signature, for 2020 I am tracking these days separately. Green days include SA with my wife as they aren't viewed as "off limits".

    Mind asking me to escape from work.
    It is telling me ( what the fuck you are doing? You can’t do this shit, you are not capable enough to do this, you know why? Cuz you are fucking wasted your time in fapping, now see everyone, who is younger than you is moving forward and becoming successful, you are still stuck at where you are, you will be fucking 29 years old when you complete your degree[I’m a chartered accountant{can be referred as CPA} student, now doing Internship,it will be for 3years]
    People younger than you will be very successful till you complete this shit.
    You are an asshole just wasted your time in fapping.)
