    Hello everyone!
    I am new to NoFap. I found out about NoFap awhile ago while i was browsing the internet for answers about my porn addiction and how to recover from it. I didn't sign up right away because i was abit shy on sharing my story on porn addiction. Instead i watched a video on Youtube by Noah B.E Church titled "A porn addiction and recovery" it's a really good video. After watching that video thats when really felt like i can truly overcome my porn addiction unlike the other times I tried. I also started reading his book too called "WACK:Addicted to internet porn" . I am currently at page 78 and i still have 42 more pages. It a really good book. I also have been researching as much information as I can about what to expect during my journey to get rid of my addiction. I hope that everything I am doing will help me throughout my journey.

Nice to see your reading up on Porn addiction, I might check out this youtuber your talking about, and one reccomendation I have is a channel called Universal Man on youtube he's been a great help for me when it comes to porn addiction adn I reccomend you watch him. Good Luck on your NoFap ourney and I hope it serves you well!

    I also watch Universal man too. I also subscribed so I can keep watching his videos. He has been a big help in my journey so far.
