    Some urges came up, but I did not give in. I reminded myself that it will only give me problems.
     
  2. Quite right! The only time this things beats us is when we ignore it and give up on NP and other 12-step recovery programmes. Be proud of yourself if you did another 24 hours. If not, fess up and start again and #dosomethingdifferent

    Day (4/90): Completed
    Some thoughts kept hitting me while I was trying to sleep, I was tired and couldn't meditate before sleeping. It's a really bad situation when you're tired but can't sleep. However, I could manage to pass these thoughts and get to sleep.
    Let's remind myself and you my friends that the first days are the most difficult days, my brain is tightly wired to watching p, it wants it every night, but as long as the rebooting (rewiring) process goes on, the things will become easier, and I am so proud to see my friend @Griitings at this level of control and self-confidence.
    So let's pass these difficult days my friend @2ndChance! with being sure that the upcoming days gonna be better.

    Overcoming this enemy alone is difficult. Once we work as a group, I believe we will overcome pmo. As we support one another we will come out victorious.

    I accidentally came across two porn links yesterday. At a point, I was tempted, but I pictured how sad, and disappointed I will be afterward. So I run from them. Today, I'm glad that I ran from them.

    I have been experiencing loneliness and boredom, but I know these are ways the brain try's to trick. I usually take naps, and by the time I am awake, I feel fine. I also remind myself about the benefits I will achieve if I don't pmo. Visualizing the benefits keeps me going.

    No strong urges today. I took a stroll within the day. During the stroll, I thought about some of the stories I had read on NoFAp and the harmfulness of PMOing. I was motivated to overcome this bad habit.

    Guys I have relapsed. I relapsed on day 39. The desire to watch p was intense for me. I control up to a point and let my guard down. I would have been a better person today if I had not relapsed. I hope it doesn't happen again. I am resetting the counter.

  9. Me too. We walk together, not I. What NF is good at is the challenge piece - get on a challenge on matter how small and that it from there.

    Me too, I feel miserable that I have tried to go on the way alone again then I have relapsed again after 6 days streak, I feel like I am stuck at 6 days and I can't go further.
    Now I am sure that the best way to go this journey is to go within a group of people.
    So let me friends introduce you to a totally new journey including 5 people who are dedicated to complete this journey to the end no matter what it takes, forgetting every mistake we've made because it won't make us any good. I am going to invite you again on a new thread, please accept the challenge.

    I'm in. I also believe this habit can be overcome easily when in a group than when you are battling it alone.
