Can't last long and O quickly

Gents,

Ive been recovering and last days were full of sex with my GF. Here comes my problem. I used to last long, if i had enough energy i could last for 30-45minutes without orgasm, but now... i cant stand more than 5 minutes. WTF?

I dont watch porn for 50+ days, i did masturbate three times for that period of time and seems like i got another problem. My GF is very supporting and doesnt get mad (so far) but i cannot give her O while i cant withstand more thatn 5minutes. Ok, last night i could stand like 10minutes but this morning again 2 minutes and its over.

I just get so aroused that i cannot stop. I tried all the techniques i knew so far with deep breath, kegels, stopping, slowing etc but doesnt work.

Any advice how to overcome it?

I've never had such problems in my life and it started a month ago.I believe i got super sensitive since i dont masturbate as i used to. Sometimes its ok sometimes 5 minutes and its over. Still havent figured out how to deal with it. Its new for me. I'm 36 btw. so its really strange becasue for last 20 years i havent had such problems
