How to stay off FB and snapchat?

There is a secret technique called "Just delete them bro" which can help you.
It worked wonders for me.

 

The same way u stay away from porn. I do think that most people are addicted to social media nowadays but its not as bad as porn addiction. So whether its an addiction or just a bad habit, it can stop by staying away from it and not thinking about it.
Some people may not agree with what im going to say next. Social media is equally destructive as porn. Why do i say that? From my experience, i find it hard to stay away from it. I find myself using it not only my free time but using up most of the time where im suppose to do something else.
And after sometime of binging on social media, u will feel that the high is not enough and u might want to search for some new high (triggers excluded).
The way i do it is facebook>boring>youtube>boring>reddit>boring>9gag slowly it will escalate to porn. I personally felt the dopamine built-up myself after countless of relapse and experiments.
(It could also be your brain silently or unconsciously guiding u to those things that will eventually lead u to porn I dont know)

Give it some thought and some reasoning. Why u have to use it?

(In my opinion and experience gaming is just as bad)

I didnt use the deleting method because i've tried deleting all my games but still constantly thinking about it then i ended up redownloading them again. I have repeated this method too many times until one day it has come to my relevation that it can be stopped by using the same method i use to stop PMO.
I still keep my social media account for contact purpose. I rarely login to any for leisure scrolling.
But still if deleting works for you it will be worth it.
