I have a pretty shitty day as well. Lost all my friends, been sick for so long. Getting no support from the gov. It all just seems to go to hell.

At least you are not the only person dealing with some shit atm.

We are a horde. Watch some motivational videos. Shit will happen all the time. In the end the only thing that matters is if you can deal with it or not.

 

Why do you feel suicidal?

Your parents are arguing to you about money? My Mother loaned me almost $20,000 over the past few years. She never says a thing but obviously I have to repay her that is definitely a feeling that hurts for me. And dealing with covid and the oil economy.

How old are you? Have kids? Anything really tying you down to where you are?

 

Have a nap, ease your mind and wake up restored. Your not alone, we all might be in different locations around the planet, but we all suffer together and also grow together. You won't get throug a proper fight without some wounds, but they will eventually heal and be simple scars reminding you that you did indeed take the fight. You won, and you got evidence to show it!

Money, sex, power, the 3 evil sins leading to all other problems, and the reasons behind all suffering.

Look into the opposition of those 3 forces, focus on that and the fruits of your life will grow.

Sorry, to hear this. I personally go out for walks and buy food essentials. It helps to exercise aswell.

 

I am sorry you feel lonely. Do you have friends? Maybe give them a call.

Also don't give up on nofap. There is a light at the end of the tunnel

 

feeling lonely as well. binging on food and sometimes PMO seems a way out for me. but im trying to stay away from all these shit. Hope we all get better.

 

Have you guys looked into get an Accountability Partner if you think that will work for you?
I am sure there is many on this site.
