    I feel its like a compulsion even though i know i don't want to go back i still do it knowing it's bad for me its like i cant stop.When the urge hits there is a weak voice that tells me to stop i just ignore it and carry on.How do i regain control?

    I'd say that early on when you're in the chaser phase, you should come here. You'll likely feel a sense of accountability and realizing that you're not alone can help you make massive strides in your journey. Also it sounds like you're too focused in the moment. You have remember all those urges and voices will weaken and that everyday you manage to go without is another day of healing.

    I know exactly what you mean. It's like a cycle, your motivated one day and then the next back to square one. I'm hoping being with this community will help me personally overcome this. Hold on strong!
