Can someone help me out and make a note of active duels so I can update OP?

I have a feeling of making this a new thread and starting over with all of you. The exact same format but less chaotic with more of an organisation structure because this place isn't just a check in place but a place for education especially. When I say education, I mean in our specializations and interests. For example if you are highly skilled in coding, produce a programme (with others who are good also) on fundamentals of coding a particular language. Do it accurately with sources and maintain discipline. Or law for example, the basics of contract law. Just a series on what you know with structured format, but do it here, not a separate thread. Also to share our successes and what we learned and improved on our failures. A place to improve physical health and discipline, whilst answering and having dialogue on important contempary issues. This is everything it has been and it will be better. Remember we are not just warriors but part of an army.

So the organisation structure and roles are as follows, this will be my recommendation for our guild:

1. Leader of the Duels - Saiyan:
- This role consists of maintaining organisation (updating OP)
- making duel announcements
- regular communication/activity with fighters.
- delegating authority
- Having a monthly discussion in improvements and successes (this will be structured further to those with responsibilities.
- Executing matchmaking and final decisions (with mutual consultation)
- Maintaining and reviewing goals of the duels
- Publishing manifesto

A. Protector of the Duels - Vacant (recommendation: @MONSTER MONK):
This role consists of:
- Maintaining regiment and discipline of the guild.
- Matchmaking suggestions
- Sometimes creating stories for duel announcements
- Maintaining goals, especially education.
- delegating authority
- Announcing the winner of the duel
- Making sure the loser writes up a relapse report (in your thread for that)

A. Commander of the Duels: @BeastBoyBalling 獣
- Maintaining the manifesto and aims of the duels in writing with correspondence with me and guild
- Keeping note of any updates in duels
- Announcing the winner (if Protector has not done so)
- Delegating authority
- Publishing Question of the week and Goals for the month for warriors (just publishing, not maintaining)
- Encouraging fitness along with the Defenders of the duels
- Actively encouraging warriors to be the best they can be.

Those are the first 3 roles, if @MONSTER MONK & @BeastBoyBalling 獣 are not happy, or want more/less duties then just reply back or if they don't want the role then just say. There are more roles to be announced along with my recommendations but if you have any responsibilities you'd like to personally implement just reply back. I hope you support the idea and agree with the reasoning.
