  8. 1st thing 1st - pls visualise ur mind effectively like what is causing the trigger?
    Deal with them properly .. lets say u are triggered by watching a hot girl image on instagram, then pls delete or deactivate it... try to get rid of that application if u can't face it head to head..do this exercise for other triggers as well.. change the timings and other stuff .. thus plan it..


    2nd - busy urself in other activities.. don't think of ur old ways and any other related habbits.

    3rd - do regular exercise, yoga , cold showers, make a plan about how to snap out ur brain when urges come like do walking, go and spend time with ur brother, sister, frnds anyone ... call them

    4th - constantly remind urself of why u r doing NoFap - in the morning, before sleeping so that it gets into ur sub conscious mind..

    Last but not the least - its u who can stop urself... becoz mind is an excellent servant but a terrible master.. so get control of urself and ur emotions...
