100 Days Without P or M - The Ultra Marathon (Started on May 15, 2020)

  1. On to day 34...
    Guys today I’m going to tell about how this fuckin porn shit have changed our thoughts on girls(my experience).
    Recently I was reading some nofap journals in sub Reddit and during that time I joined some random group chat, there I found one lady name, then I followed her and we started to chat privately (I have been chatting with her from last 3days)
    To be honest she is so friendly and open minded,matured female (yes she also know I’m on nofap streak)
    But yesterday night before falling asleep, my fucked mind was started To fantasies about our future(like we both in future date met and started to have sex,kissing and hugging)
    “See this is what I want to tell you all that how porn is just ruined our brains, we are not considering them as humans, for our brain female means just an object, like females are made to just to have a sex, apparently they are made to complete our sexual desires. Our brain just know sex and it doesn’t know the value of relationship, you know why?
    Cuz our brains are now compromised to fuckin porn and now it becomes a fucking slave to that shit”

    And the aforementioned thought started looping in my head, then I told to my brain “hey you Son of a bitch, always remember relationship is more than a just fucking sex” I repeated this thing until I get control on my thoughts and then I don’t know when I slept.

    I want to tell you all that, in soaring eagle experience, material saysfantasising about sexual thoughts ismore dangerous than a physically performing masturbation(fantasy isvery deep thing, it is in our subconscious mind and while fappingis handled by our conscious mind)
    Now how to clean our subconscious?
    Well, by doing the things repeatedly, read about successful stories,ruined stories,rebooting material,every day journals of others again and again.

    With a disciplined life style like,
    - cold shower every day
    - healthy food (avoid sugar, limit salt)
    - read something before bed
    - 30 to 40 minutes exercise

    you will be on your path to recovery.
     
  2. They will calm down after a while. Just don’t think about them too much or they can trigger you.
     
  3. Well done to you for noticing those thoughts and telling it 'fuck off'
    This is literally the road to recovery.
    When i discovered I could talk to my urges I also began to tell it to 'fuck off' quite often repeatedly :)

    Sadly it still hasn't got the message! Earlier today my urges mysteriously vanished... after 48 hours of non-stop potential urges and thoughts. Maybe it got tired of thinking. Anyhow when I noticed it stopped, I paused and told that 'urge side of me' that it lost and I won... haha! Felt like my little moment of victory......

    Anyhow sadly I know he will be back very soon, maybe sooner than I think, but I do believe this approach is the key to winning the long term battle.
     
  4. Yes! You stood up against the urge side of you, as the guardian of your thoughts and actions you did win! This is huge man, congratulations!! I believe that each victory of this kind makes us stronger and more able to win the next fight. Keep up the great work!

    The race is officially 1/4th of the way over. We are down to 18 racers. Some of us have had many ups and downs but we’re hanging on. Keep going. I have felt a bit more vulnerable lately. I think that depending on timing and circumstances, our triggers can be magnified. I’m doing my best to keep my mind clear of all inappropriate thoughts. It’s tough to do when you are feeling horny but it is doable and eventually those hormones calm down. The one month mark is right around the corner. Let’s get there! :)

  12. Nearing the end of day 25 (my personal best - yay)! But I'm not really going to focus on my pb just yet,
    In light of recent mood swings, today was arguably a much better day for me
    Work wise I had some great results, and feeling like I am developing better by the moment,
    Funny thing with a good productive day, is when I think back to my days of fapping,
    I am so embarrassed to say this, but sometimes I would 'reward myself' for having a good day. By fapping.
    ....
    How bad is that eh? Thankfully I have recovered from those moments to be a better man.
    Anyhow this moment of success is down to all the brilliant people on this site - and I dedicate this victory to all the people I have encountered along this journey.

    Back to the business side of things, I think we are only 25% of the way on this journey! ;-)

  14. @Og007 , thanks for your interest in joining this challenge. Please reference the first post in this thread. The race started on May 15th. We are all on day 26 right now. Your streak must be >= 25 right now in order to join retroactively. You are welcome to join a future race but unfortunately you don’t qualify to join this one.
