About being accountability partners, can I ask what is it exactly that you are looking for? Is it someone to DM or call at times when you are having difficulties or just someone to check in with every day? I'm on this forum at least once a day.. several others are too, so in a way we are all accountability partners.

Just someone to check in with each day and that we can reach out to when having urges to cheat. Getting an alert that someone is on the verge of relapsing would make me want to tell them to keep going and I would hope the same would be reciprocated. Just trying to add another arrow to the quiver to try and go forever instead of just for a while.
Day 33/90. Feeling happier today, but it's also coming with strong urges. These are the strongest urges I've had in a while. I'm pretty sure this has got to be related to the chaser effect. I don't know how long these urges will last but I am doing my best to get them out of my head immediately! Yesterday was rough for other reasons, but I got through it. Today I need to do the same.

The quarantine fucked up my rhythm. I was doing better than ever before in my life but totally fell back into the old porn habit. I'm one day no PMO and ready to get back on track
