Day 3 of Nofap, boner issues

    Hey, so i finally made it to day 3, and i'm 100% motivated to keep moving on, because i really want to experience the benefits for bodybuilding reasons, and social improvement generally. But holy s***! I couldn't sleep last night, or i fell asleep late as hell. I was so god damn horny all night and could not get the boner down. Do you guys have any reccomendations to fix this problem?

    Hey dude, I'm on day 4 and I totally get it. Falling asleep is the most difficult time of day. I'm on this horrible cycle where I wake up around 3am and take an hour to fall back asleep.

    To answer you: 2 things.

    1) after the gym take a shower and then run it cold for the last 2 minutes. I know it's not the best for muscles but at least splash your D in cold water.

    2) I know your all built and masc but you should try meditation. Seriously, I thought it was silly until I tried it. Just YouTube meditation instructions on your PHONE. Pop in headphones and find an open space in your home. -- okay still too girly for you? Do planks before bed. Stretch out muscles and take care of that lactic acid while also relaxing before bed. Try it.

    @LongIslandBoy Thanks for the respond mate! And yes haha it's fucking insane how sick my boners are these days. And for the cold shower, i take cold showers every day for atleast 5 minutes, but maybe i should try to take cold shower 1-2 hours before bed, so my erection become weaker..?

    And for the meditation, i'll check that up, thanks

    The hard ons are occurring because your brain is wanting to get the dopamine rush so it is creating the circumstances most likely to get it. You need to get your thoughts away from it. Have some quiet, almost white noise talk radio on. Or get a really interesting autobiography and read for half an hour when you get into bed... anything.
