I measured the temperature of my shower water and found its about 15 degrees celsius/69 Farenheit...

 

Here it’s 18 degree celsius at the moment, wish it was colder...
we have a warm winter here this year.

0/30 Really good challange. I gotta get my libido back!

 

I'm in started today

 

Mine is probably no more than 5-7 degrees (Celsius) right now and after a few minutes in it, you almost want to cry but God how refreshing it feels when you step out from it. I suffer with you folks who have such warm water in your pipes all year round.

Day 1

 

I want to join, but i live in a tropical country that takes cold shower everyday.

 

I took my first cold shower today, don't know much about it.. Was pretty difficult! Don't know if it's "allowed" but I stood out of the water most of the time and just leaned in when I needed to wash something, is this bad? (Not as beneficial?)
