I have completed the first day.I was searched for porn and suddenly stopped doing it.I don't want to be bad.I am on my second day.I will survive.

I did it. I couldn't belive when I realized I'm 10 days clean of PMO. I was trying this challenge for a while, always relapsing. I'm afraid of putting this out since keeping to myself seemed to work best. But I just need to check this and let everyone know it's hard, but with faith in something bigger, it can be done. 7/7.

day 5/7 check in, but feeling kind of shaky just watched some psubs but didn't want to go any further in the wrong direction. God it's tough at the moment.

 

Hello folks, I’m glad we have a community like this. I just relapsed again to porn. I thought I had quit porn for good, but now I am getting sucked into it again. I feel like I am unable to control my urges. Starting tomorrow, I pledge to not watch porn or masturbate 7 days at a stretch. I have done it before (my longest has been 21 days) and I’m sure I can do it again. Will post here every single day.
