My name is david; I'm from argentina; I tried in several ocations to give up with porn and fap, now I consider the worst problem is to watch porn, because incentivates you to fap, and makes you to wish stronger sporn scenes even more, I believe compulsives issues with fap it's because porn, so my strategy is not focused on don't fap, it's focused on don't watch porn, I have reached ten days without watching porn and I saw how my need to fap has decreased to just fap at two or trhee days at the week.

 

Thanks to everyone who gived me the welcome, during my life I tried to give up with fap and porn trought religious metods and believings; my mentors teched me that I would receive the strength of god by being a god's fllower, then I could beat everything, but now I consider that maybe I'm not a chosen one to receive it, and it also possible by other ways to give up with fap and porn.

The chalenge didn't mention in wich consist the past of days, or is just not watching porn of it includes not masturbating, watheaver I loved the matrix thing of that post, I'm great fan of matrix.
