"The Nofap lie" is a youtube video by youtuber "Mitch Manly" and the titles and the video contents like these are the reasons many young people do not take PMO addiction seriously . I mean how can be these people(youtubers like these) so heartless. I believe he does not want people to get better . He reeks of porn money.

 

There will always be people who do not like "nofap", such as there are people who do not like "porn". If "we" do what "we need to", then other people are going to see both sides and decide which one is the real deal, and "we cannot influence it", other than being the best version of ourselves. Lies, will be uncovered sooner or later.

What are the NoFap benefits? And what is the NoFap? The NoFap has become very trendy over the past few years. But does nofap actually work? Does nofap work for everyone? I think if nofap works for you, then you should 100% do it. But for me personally, 100% nofap is not the way to go, and I just want to share my perspective on the topic. I have said this many times in the past, but I think becoming self aware is crucial to your success in life. So you could accuse him of clickbait, and of not understanding withdrawal symptoms and some of the basics of what NoFap is actually about, but I don't think he's evil or anything.

I also wouldn't watch his videos because he calls himself "Mitch Manly". Stuff like that isn't my cup of tea.

 

Tbh only half of his video which explains benifits of fapping like wth and the clickbait was enough to get me to make a thread about him . I mean why use clickbait like that

I suspect this upsets you because you secretly wish the things he says are true. There is no shame in this. I certainly wish pornography wasn't harmful because I love it. But that love doesn't change the fact that I am better off without. Here's my advice: decide for yourself whether or not he is speaking with any authority other than his own self interest. If he isn't, then wish him well and disengage completely from his content.
