First timing joining the website.

Last two days have been difficult. Blocked adult website and somehow landed on reddit and discovered they have porn. I haven’t relapsed but I have been finding my thoughts flooded with images. And going back to the website multiple times.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend reading the book "Your Brain on Porn by Gary Wilson" - It'll help you in educating yourself the science of brain alteration as a result of porn use and the other harms of porn. If you have read it, read it for the second time. We need to educate ourselves the issues around pornography as much as we can.
