How can I stay away from porn forever?

Hi everyone, the real problem is that I recently discovered a specific site, where you can video chat with random girls, who will undress if you ask them, among other things. I blocked my phone and my pc from going to porn websites in general, and to specific sites that I select. The problem is that there are many other devices in my home, that are not mine and with which I can browse freely on the internet. The problem is that, after more than 200 days of abstaining, I am no longer interested in normal porn sites, because I don't masturbate anymore, but the existence of that video chat site is so appealing because it is like talking with real girls and making chat sex. The reality is that I can't stand it anymore. When I binge to porn I feel sick and tired, my brain fog comes back for a few days and I feel like shit in general.

So, how can I stop watching porn forever? I just want to be present and active, just like during my long streaks, I only want the benefits of abstaining! If I keep browsing those things I will only lose some useful time that I can spend meeting people and making me grow. I need some help, waiting for your answers!

"When I binge to porn I feel sick and tired, my brain fog comes back for a few days and I feel like shit in general."

When the thought or urge to watch porn enters your mind, immediately remember these words … immediately envision how awful you feel after binging to porn. Reprogram your brain to think of lethargy, fatigue, and a lack of presence when porn comes to mind. Remind yourself that the hour-long high or buzz you get from watching porn isn't even close to worth the 3-4 days of feeling like shit.

If you feel tempted to view porn when on any device, get off your electronics immediately. Don't hesitate to get off. Jump off you electronics and do a hobby or something to keep your mind busy. Also try to limit your time you spend on devices. Mindlessly browsing almost always leads to urges. Try to only get on devices when needed. Such as school or things you MUST use electronics for. Hope this helps.

Hello. Maybe u are tempted to go those chats cause they are not "porn". Well let me tell u: "they are porn". Yes girls are real, but not part of your reality. Your reality is 1000000000 much better than "that" reality. Those girls don't know u and don't care about you!.

Once, a girl told me in one of those sites: I like sex, but the real one, not this shit!. She was right, real sex have vision, smell, taste, touch, and love... those things can't be found behind a screen.

There are good things and the best things. We all have to choose.

Research addiction, P addiction, and the P industry. It helps change your mindset as a whole and will help with longevity.

  6. I agree with @Candun on this. You should realize how much suffering is hidden behind the beautiful facette of such web sites. Many girls are lured into or forced to work there by abusive partners or even families or have no other chance and do it because of financial needs. The porn industry is as brutal as it can get and has no heart. Try to always see the humans behind it!

I read a book a while ago that focuses on the topic of addiction and recovery. In one part it is written:
I hope that this maybe helps in finding the answer you are looking for! You can read the whole summary of the book here:

Anyways I also think I should congratulate you on such a long streak! It is amazing and I hope I will get there soon too (in like 193 days to be exact :D).
