I'M TIRED !!!!!!!!

hello guys well this is actually my first day without porn and masturbation i absolutely hate it a 5 years addiction relapsed a lot of times and the worst thing that i don't recognize it as an addiction now i do after my temptation to leave it so guys please wish me luck i'm looking for a lifetime not a 30 or 60 or 90 days!! i'm tired of it and i'm a productive Person but i have this big problem that stopping me from reaching a lot of goals wish me luck and this is my first thread and i think it won't be the last
