About wet dreams

Hey buddy, I also experienced wet dreams a few days ago, but not an erotic dream. It's totally okay to have wet dreams, because actually if we didn't fapped we would always have wet dreams. The main reason is because wet dream releases in a naturally way. Don't see wet dream as a problem, it's a sign that your body recovers naturally. And stop comparing it as a relapse, it's not the same! When I had about 40 days streak before joining this great community wet dreams was never a problem for me, I just smiled and said in my thoughts, that my body recovers naturally. I never lost energy or felt weak, after a couple of hours of drinking water and eating healthy it doesn't affect that much. Just drink a lot of water, eat healthy, meditate and get outside

What you need to do is be patient. The fact that you are having these dreams is that you are not doing it in daytime..you are STRICTLY Abstaining. Good job!

But I doubt if you really get excited in sleep? When you wake up, do you feel the Adrenaline Rush? I think it’s you dreaming about having an Adrenaline Rush.
Coz usually in a wet dream, I doubt if even Erection occurs? Coz before you know it, the Semen’s out and you’re awake soon..

 

Similar story bro. It happened to me twice and honestly I even ejaculated once. I felt really bad after this because I was sensitive and more cautious about this. I was on a streak before joining this site. Although I must say that I was quite casual during those times.
