Relapse after every week

    I am trying to to continue my nofap but after every week I am doing it again and again.I am trying to continue nofap since past 2 to 3 months but after every week I do it at least 1 time and my streak is broken again. In short I can say that since I started nofap my streak is only 1 week long and I cannot make it longer.Can anyone please help me and tell me where I am doing wrong and help me so I can continue nofap for more than 90 days.

    As long you aren’t watching porn then you’re good, try moving around when a urge hits so you can have more control.

    at first it took me 3 years to do a whole 90 days. I started off doing twice a day to twice a month to twice a year. It takes time and dedication but go at your own pace.

    fapping once a week is better than fapping
    every day

    but once a month is better than that.
    Lower your frequency before completely going in the challenge.
