    Nope. Sleep is different. Many people will start to go to sleep or start a REM cycle when going into meditation, but part of the practice is to become aware when that happens and bring yourself out of it and back to your object of concentration. Meditation takes a lot of effort to do correctly and get benefits from, in contrast of "just relaxing" or sleeping.

    No. Sleeping and Meditation is different.
    Sleeping is shutting off the conscious and Meditation is letting is the conscious float like a semiconductor on Liquid Nitrogen and Magnets. Both have different effects on you.
    After waking up you feel sleepy, your mind is slow but after Meditation your mind is like Thunder. Urges subside.

    I like to stretch long time after a workout. Can I combine this with meditating then like they do with Yoga?

    Sure! Why not?

    Multiple sessions of Meditation won’t harm you.
    Though I prefer to do it while having an urge.

    No way because more likely you're going back to old habits and relapse. It's like playing with fire. I'm doing my best to avoid ads that shows nylons, stockings, feet because that was turns me on the most. Also, female ice cream licker with tongue shown. That also turns me on.
