Yup, and my voice deepens too when I go on long streaks, hit happens by the third week, or so. But if your voice hasn't changed, then it's probably already at its baseline.

Ok bro so what happens is if your voice is deep because of puberty and then when you talk to people it gets high pitched it means that you´re anxiety is affecting your vocal tone. This happened to me, like my voice would crack and could not make eye contact. Now that I don´t watch as much porn and am more relaxed my voice is more relaxed and deep at all times. It´s more of a mental change than a physical one. There are lots of men or bodybuilders with high testosterone but with high pitched voices, it´s genetic, so don´t worry. As long as you are confident it does not matter so much.

I guess I'm of the opinion that no PMO brings you more confidence and that makes you more attractive. So people who report their voice sounding better are because they're more confident.

However, you may need to start training your voice, just like people train in the gym.

I've been working on my voice. And it's taking time but I push all my air through my nose and it sounds pretty nasally. But I'm learning that I need to train my voice as well. Here's a helpful video --

Sorry your voice isn’t getting deeper. It is true women like a man with a deep voice. Idk if there is anyway you can get it deeper. I always felt confidence helped deepen mine idk.

Well, first of all you don't NEED a deep voice. There are a lot of bad ass dudes that don't have deep voices (e.g. mike tyson or joe pesci too i think).

So maybe you just have a higher voice and there is nothing wrong with that.

However there are exercises and tricks you can do. It depends on where your problem area is (if there is one) that is holding your voice back. For me it's the throat and low humming helps me. You can look into it and locate your problem.

Another trick is when you talk to someone to count from 3 back to 1 in your mind and each time you say it with a deeper voice. it helps you getting used to speak deeper. So you say in your mind

3 with normal voice, then
2 a bit deeper, then
1 even deeper and then you start talking.

Of course you don't count down loud only in your thoughts. It sounds stupid maybe but i heard this in an online course and it works for me.
