Accidently ejaculated whilst measuring... Relapse or not?

So I'm on day 4o and went through a strange experience a few hours ago...

What happened is due to NoFap I felt low labido recently and my penis looked smaller recently and Iv been trying to get it back to usual size and maybe bigger. So I first was touching my penis to see size and for it to be erect. But I was careful not to trigger anything. Then afterwards I went to measure with a foldable tape measurer as I was curious about size. So I went to measure and put it around my penis but I didn't touch my penis at all or masturbate. Then within a few seconds I ejaculated. I felt tired after but I'm guessing it could be the feeling from the plastic tape measurer lol. Do you think it's a relapse/reset or should I continue? I didn't have any intention to masturbate and have t watched porn in 5o days and it just happened without thinking. Therefore I think I should continue. To get erection I didn't think anything sexually. I feel very weird about the whole thing not sure whether it's relapse or can continue. What do you guys think?

I think it wasn't intentional and not sexually related. So I wouldn't say it's a relapse. However, I don't want to cheat myself into thinking it isn't when it is. So wanted to know people's views. Many thanks for your answer.

With the size and libido thing, it just worried me sometimes but it's best to just leave it. But sometimes my mind can't help it lol I am moving the measurer away from me and locking it away
