    I relapsed quite badly in this last week, mainly because of the pressure of it being exam season and my brain was looking for some cheap escapism.

    Im hoping to get back on the wagon this time and break through - checking in for day 2!

    Unfortunately I reset today, after 35 days. At least the numbers are getting bigger, but regardless I want to stay accountable to this group. My sprain is making it hard to do the exercise I would normally do to keep urges at bay. Also had my bike stolen a few days ago, which, in the midst of lockdown, is harder to bear than usual. Who steals bikes at a time of national crisis? Where is the kindness and neighbourliness we are supposed to show each other? *sigh*

    Anyway, I will take some time to contemplate what happened and how I can make things better. I'll be back in a few days. Good luck all.

    Day 3 - Feeling depressed, maybe its because of exam period in uni. Having urges while studying and being all day at home its pretty difficult.

    This is so true. And also, someone said recently that relapse is a process and not just a specific event, that the relapse actually began little by little two weeks before.

    maybe that´s the problem bro. maybe you´re trying too hard to restart and that creates extra pressure on you. so cool off first, relax, pmo some more if you want to, but don´t start nofap in a impulsive way.

    why? because impulsivity drives the addiction. you got to start nofap in the exact opposite way: in a relaxed, slow and focused way. so cool off first, start when you feel ready ;)

    try to do one thing at a time bro, focus on a single task. feel the "task flow". that´s already one great way to reduce stress. however to deal with strong stress symptoms you can also do this exercise, i do it everytime i need and it works like a charm ;)
