  1. I have thought about that a lot lately and I don't have a good answer on that yet. I have to solve that mystery before I hit the marker! My original thought was like "when I complete this challenge, I should be strong enough to continue for the rest of my life without a challenge". However, experience have taught me I perform worse without a challenge, regardless of what the challenge is about. That makes me wonder if really can survive without a challenge here.

    So with that said, I will either learn how to get more mentally strong before the challenge ends, or I will extend the challenge until that happens. :)

    Back to 0/657, I'm sorry to say. My ability to deal with urges is shot without exercise, and having sprained my leg, I feel... kind of at the mercy of circumstances. At least temporarily. Hoping I can get back to some form of daily exercise in a couple of days.

    Very fair answer.

    What are some of your routines? I could snoop around the reboot forums, or I could save time and ask someone who's actually succeeding at this :D

  4. I started taking only cold showers the very same day I stopped watching porn, also I replaced all time I would spend on porn with workout instead. I worked out several times a day, every day the first period... :D
    Also, whenever I was at home and felt the urge I would take another cold shower. I tried to stay busy as much as I could. I developed a habit of clicking that panic button as fast as possible, so instead of getting more and more frustrated until I couldn't stop thinking about something, I would find a mantra (from using that panic button) I would use to repeat over and over again. The no screen challenge also helped me a lot and it's the second best challenge I've done, first being the no porn challenges.

    Was camping this weekend, so I didn't update my count since there was not reliable internet. However, that made it a low-temptation environment, so now I am at 3/292.

    Back to 1/292... I put a blocker on my devices though, so hopefully that will help me. I'm committed to never losing a streak in the same context or vulnerability twice - I'm going to improve my habits or mindset accordingly each time I fail.
