30 days FINALLY

    I finally reached 30 days, after constant relapses 2 times a week.
    The covid situation really set me back.
    Man the energy i feel is INSANE.
    No way this is placebo.
    Up to 90 days this time!! :)

    Keep doing all the things that contribute to your general wellbeing. Cycling, running, swimming (not sure if you can do that where you are) and anything else you enjoy. We don't have to put our life on hold as we make progress here. Enjoy your life as much as you can! :)

    Congrats man! Keep going, use the momentum of your current streak. I'm not saying it will be easier, PMO addiction will still test you from time to time. Never give in!
