    Hello guys,
I am djamel 26 years old and I am a PMO addicted, let me tell you first I was very confused if I could make it and tell my story, but when I saw your support and success storys I want to give it a try.
I started to watch porn since 14 years ago, yah I know that's a long period and it ruined my life specialy the last few years, I used to be a very social person and doing very well in my studys and by the way l am PhD student and a teacher also, I became obsessed with porn and every time ending up searching for new things witch literally destroy my life and thinking, I told you how.
As I see from literature that our brains release more dopamine when try something new actually that what lead me to watch gay, bi and different kinds of porn and became more attracted to boys, by the way having a girlfriend wasn't so easy for me because of my unclear thoughts I know that a lot of you guys had a same issue.
As I see from the announcement of the director of pornhub website that more than 80% of men's that watch PMO turn to bisex ( you can check it online )I'm not against LGBT but the numbers are very scarry don't you think so !!!! at the most of times I was dating more and more boys and I did forget my aims and goals taht I want to achieve in life ( hated studys and not doing my best at work and wasting more time) I just wanted to stop and my sexual health became worse eather.
I was reading a lot and watching your amazing stories witch inspired me to start rebooting, I feel so proud of myself actually I'm in my 44 day without PMO and masturbation, I'm gonna be onest with it's not the easiest thing but also it's not impossible and my mind start to see things more logically. Sometimes I pass through a tough times by having strong urges and so on but just remember what PMO did to my life I quite and try to made new activities like sports, or reading your stories witch was very helpful and say I'm not the only one how pass through this, so just stay strong because our life deserve much better than PMO addiction.
I want to be that successful men I always wanted to be not a slave to my desires.
I have a question for you guys, I feel very lazy lately is this thing because of rebooting?? and is it going to disappear after rebooting??

Hey you're life sounds good apart from masturbation, you're a teacher you've had your phd on what idk but that's good to hear. And the no. of people that become bi by watching porn really shocked me damn.. I even searched to make sure lol but anyways I say you're doing really good, just stay strong dont let the urges win, cause the brain always likes to play games. And about the lazy part we all are kind of stuck in our homes for how many more months i cant tell but do some home activities play games excercise that's all, good lucks

I’m gay and shocked by what you said. It’s scary for the brain to make you watch things who at the first place you don’t like. I totally understand that. I do the same when I relapse by watching bi porn even if I totally don’t like girls. And even more fetish things...
But keep going and stay strong. You will recover from this with nofap.
And the most important thing for not relapse : DON’T STAY HOME ALONE.
Don’t stay alone or make you some hobbies. you can study outside your home, make some sport that you like. Only you can find what you like to do but keep going I hope you will succeed. (And thanks for the kind words about LGBTQ :) it’s not that often here...)

I thought the same about my becoming bi, like a degeneration of porn, but I can't say I'm 100% sure that that's the "cause".

Appreciate your story man. Me too, porn was ruined my life, i'm slowly in healing process now. We got this man!

About your questions, the lazy effect is from withdrawal. It'll disappear after 2-3 months.
Stay focus on your grind, and you'll realize the withdrawal symptomps will gradually disappear
