I am ejaculating without my will

    Hi, first of all english is my second language so sorry If I made any grammar mistakes.
    So I just sit and study to my lessons, and a craving starts, It becomes powerful but I don't fap or watch porn, my brain is just trying to put sexual thoughts on my mind to make me fap but I dont.
    But the problem is, I ejaculate and O at the end. I dont want this and I am not doing anything to make this happen but like i said, everytime a craving starts, it becomes an O
    How do I stop it?

    Note: This thing keeps happenning every 2-3 days

    Focus on your studies and don't think about it. Your mind needs rewiring via a reboot of abstaining at least 7 days but then go on to 30 days and so on until your mind stops causing you to O. It will be tricky hence why I put a low number of 7 days for you. Good luck !

    Or it could be the case that you are touching unknowingly or if you are wearing loose soft clothes or tight underwear it might be touching it. Even a slight touch can trigger it. So reassess this and it might help.
