The funny thing is i am one of those people who have suffered for years. It is actually more of a flatline/withdrawal you are talking about and most of those symptoms are caused by stress on the mind and body over a long period of time. The body itself heals very quickly, it is the mind that can take a long time to heal. Your body can be sexually exhausted and this may add to symptoms if you are abusing yourself without knowing about it, how ever you are completely wrong about the time frame.

you can damage your penis with over masterbation for sure. The problems you are experiencing are stemming from a broken reward system in your brain. It is common thinking to think its sex organs but this is completely false.

even the actual term ‘sexual exhaustion’ has no real basis in science that ive seen. If so find me an actual study to prove your points.

my information comes from yourbrainonporn.com. Just look up sexual exhaustion is the FAQ section. I believe i also did some reading on a few other sites a while ago but that was a long time ago.

    Hi,

    Who is saying this?

From my own experience I have to agree with some of the others on this thread - it probably takes years to recover if you've been a heavy user. I can well imagine that it will in my case.

2-3 weeks to recover? Guy, you're kidding right? 2-3 weeks of abstention is the time when "shit" only starts to hit the fan. It takes waaaay longer to heal, if you were obsessive daily binger for a long time. Even after 420 days on top of 180 days of previous broken streak and I still don't feel 100 % recovered. Don't get me wrong, it's a night and day difference between now and where I was 2 years ago, but still I don't feel all that great. Addiction is gone, so is PIED (probably, based on morning erections), but moderate chronic anhedonia persist and I feel kind of physically tired most of the time.

hey man I just read your first post. I joined this forum not long ago, but The last time I fapped off and orgasm-ed was , May 22nd 2019. This is day 281. I am a student, and it was getting so bad. I would stay in my room and dwell on porn sights from morning to night masturbating. it was really getting in the way of my life. I was Unhealthy, wasn't sleeping and lost friends, and girlfriend. finally I said enough was enough, and went hard mode. I have been going to the gym, meditating, and working my ass off to keep myself busy.

However, all of a sudden around 10 days ago I have been really tempted. I have tried all sorts of things to block thoughts out, but I can't seem to do it. I don't want to go back to where I was before. I can't. I need to fight it but I don't trust myself.

Any advice on how to prevent a relapse. I am committed to staying the course, for life.

  7. Keep fighting and keep your head above the water!!!
If you been pmoing chances are it's going to take a good amount of effort to get out of it.
If you have reached all those days without fapping, you can do it again applying the same steps.
    Good Luck man!!!

Anyone here knows anything about clomid?

I know it is used by male athletes after AAS cycles to recover testosterone levels and balance out estrogen.

I wonder if it could benefit our cause during reboots

I have a 4 year relationship now, sex had always been great, solid boners too.. now i have to be seperated from her for some months. And ive been abusing porn heavily, sometimes masturbating like 4 times a day, now im sexually exhausted, got lower back pain, blurry vision sometimes. All the symptoms named here.. i also experience that i get good morning wood, but the moment i stand up it deflates in a couple of seconds. This made me scared of having a venous leak. But that wouldnt make sense since last month i still had great sex, and i experience morning wood when laying down. I think i just depleted all my testosterone or something. Going to do NoFap, currently on day 3, i i never had a porn addiction before, and i i wder how long it takes to heal this.

    I’s
I’m not a PMO addict but I would masterbate more than regularly. The shortest I would go without masterbating is 2 days. I was under the impression that there was no such thing as too much but apparently I was wrong. I had persistent genital arousal and my vag was wet all the time. I was worried that I had PGAD. Then I read that too much masterbation can lead to sexual exhaustion. This Thursday will mark 3 weeks since I last masterbated and I’m noticing recovery. I just have one question: Will i be able to masterbate ever again?

I am mostly unaware of the ways woman are affected by masturbation addiction. Its mostly men that are on here and are affected negitively. But i would put money on it that after some time a few months or so you should be able to. As long as you dont have intense compulsive cravings that overwhelm you i dont see anything unhealthy about returning to masturbation. Just dont make it to regular and stay away from porn. Try to find pleasure in a healthy sexual relationship. Wish you the best.

  17. All I know is frequent masturbation or pmo is a bad practice. Such vice cause dopamine issue or other chemical substances due to overstimulation of the brain. Some people say moderate is good. However can one stay discipline and not go overboard???

I fast-tracked my healing process by actively meditating regularly, eating really well (70 % raw foods), using hypnosis to undo addiction patterns, and regularly reading and making goals.

I stopped going out partying, watching tv, and pretty much lived like a monk. This will speed up the process ten fold. guaranteed

Definately do not do 3 coffees per day. Coffees screw up your sleep patterns and adrenal system. just live healthy and get through it. Being tired is better then being a rapper.
