    Hi,
    I just joined this forum. I'm fighting pmo for two years now, but it seems like I can't win this battle alone. I'm very tired of this addiction cycle, I couldn't stand this anymore. I hope that this forum will help me quit porn forever.

    You'll find a lot of good info here. If you want a good tip, then install porn blockers. They will make relapsing much harder and will greatly help your will power.
