I am a religious Jew. If you don't know, according to our tradition, we should never sleep with women until the wedding, and we must never masturbate. I am a great believer in God, and it is important for me to keep my commandments.
But, the problem is that there is one issue that is taboo. masturbation. we don't talk about it. we know it is forbidden, but don't talk about it. For years, I carried a terrible secret inside me -

What else do I want to achieve?
* Get back to running. I used to run 10 km. Today I can't run one. So far I haven't been able to gather enough motivation to get back in shape.
* Have a wet dream. I never had one (nevertheless, masturbating from age 4).
* Hit on girls. The real test of self-confidence, feeling good with the body, courage and healthy sexual energy.
