Ofcourse I use prostitutes always when I have urge. Perfect way not to relapse + having intimate time with woman is great for recovery.
Just kidding, this can certainly someway help, but I would avoid it since the semen retention part of Nofap is more important to me, since you get shit done with that "horny energy" and if you have too much energy go to gym or something, but do not waste is, since: What is the benefit of having been with prostitute afterwards? You have low energy, maybe good feeling for little time, but ultimately low energy or lower energy level compared to where you started from.

 

I think better you avoid seeing prostitute. It like a porn, instead of virtual stimulus it is physical stimulus and you still dont get any benefict from it. Try to find a true partner, channel it to right pathway. All the best yaa
