Got to say its the worst. You feel like an idiot and its hard to communicate ideas. Ive been through this stage so many times and i really hate it. Doesnt really get better until day 21 in my experience.

I kind of feel like other things can speed it up a bit though it may just depends on what you have going on. There's just way too many factors but for me I feel good nutrition is helpful, and reading good quality stuff on this.. But I mean if I could design an ideal kind of Quick Start for myself I'd include that for sure. And I don't think it's going to all the sudden lift anyway it is sort of a gradual process but you get a little clearer each day.

For me it was a different, I mean, my addiction is gaming, now fapping, but in my case I noticed that the brain fog was always there. After two weeks I'm having a much easier time studying, its still hard to focus, specially meditate. But we slowly will get there.

Yeah, it's part of the recovery process. I'm still in my withdrawal phase, which started a couple weeks ago. One day I'm clear as day and the next I'm battling severe brain fog- it's been like this since the withdrawls started. Today was one of those bad brain fog days. But I know this is the brain healing itself- I view it as my brain shutting down so it can heal. Just gotta keep in the fight and battle.
