Recently I have problems controlling my urges.
It often happens when I, let's say, don't live up to my own expectations.

When my day was rather boring or nothing special I tend to give myself excuses to do nothing that particular day and end up watching porn in the end. I say that the next day I will sort things out, but that another day is harder for me to wake up (like today, I prolonged my time before I got up from bed).
What contributes to this state is that I often lose focus recently, so I either play vidya or watch stupid stuff in the worst case.

Whenever I do something productive I'm gaining momentum and doing more good things I'd say and then I don't even think about porn. I've cleaned my room and feel better now and now I'm writing this post.

Other distractions are that when I'd see some provoking stuff then I can end up watching porn at the end of the day as well, unless I'm focused on something then it just kinda fades away.

I also recognized that the problem is not only that I just fap, but how long I do it and how many dopamine hits I get from watching various stuff.
Even though I have porn blockers when I need to, I turn them off.

Been thinking about accountability partner so I could focus on my goals better. Or sth else, but I'm not sure about that.

when I initially tried to quit porn, I also used porn blockers, but I would just turn them off when I gave in. In my opinion, you have to make the hard choice to quit porn flat out without artificial help. In short, these blockers only mask the problem. Today is my 25th day porn, masturbation, and orgasm free, which I did without porn blockers. YOU CAN DO IT, but it takes mental strength and determination, and this will come easier as you remain porn free. Honestly, my life is so much better without porn. I recommend posting on NoFap daily (maybe start a journal here) and look at forums dealing with urges and how to process them. For me, when I got the urge to look at porn or even just masturbate, I would force myself to think about how depressed and self-isolated I was prior to this amazing porn-free journey.

    P.s.
Message me with any questions or comments at any time and I'll try and respond. You sound like you were in my shoes 25 days ago and I genuinely want to help as so many others have helped me on NoFap.com
