day4 complete. it was tough because I had a wet dream the night before, and the chaser effect is causing me troubles. Glad that I made it! the key is to kill the urges at their inception

day 5 complete. It was a hard one since I had to deal with strong urges. I used the noFap panic button and it says "What I learnt about video games is that when I meet enemies, it means I am going in the correct direction". What inspiring words! Glad that my logical brain has the final word.
