    Hello this is my first time posting. I have been on the NOFAP journey for over 3 years and just now I have had a breakthrough I am 53 days in and I am experiencing like man of steel erections at night mostly also In the morning and I am 36 years old. I am on what is called hard mode. Anyone ells experiencing this and will the erections get even better and what should I do if I get the inevitable wet dream. !? We gotta keep climbing

    I'm jealous lol. Im 28yrs old and I'm on day 34. My morning erections are slowly coming back but I'll still say I'm on my flatline. Count yourself very lucky I've read about guys on 80days still not getting solid erections

    That is interesting man, I am too in day 53 and I just had the same thing last night! I woke up few times during night, and every time it was erected like a rocket. I was glad actually, and you should be too. NoFap works! We are getting better men, and our body express that by getting our dick naturally hard.

    Its crazy but I just experienced a wet dream and it wasn't even at night it was in the morning time. It is also my first wet dream ever very crazy how real it seemed. I am just moving on though not thinking on it too much it is natural to have them from time to time. I am definitely not resetting my days on day 56 and onward.

    Yessir we will definitely be free I just experienced a wet dream this morning my first one ever. Still climbing though day 56 here we can all be free soon. We can never go back to the old ways we were and Porn is just poison.
