Is seeing nudity in movies or video games bad?

If you actively seek nudity then YES it is a relapse.

If you are confronted with nudity by surprise when watching a movie with friends and you look away then NO. However, if you keep looking to the naked body for erotic arousal then YES it is a relapse

Specifically seeking it out is called using porn substitutes, which some consider a reset, while others don't. However just accidentally seeing nudity in our society is inevitable and shouldn't be worried about. NoFap is supposed to make your life better, not impossible to live.

 

My answer might sound complicated but I think it depends on two things: you're not doing it while you are having urges and you're not doing with the knowledge that the movie or video came contains nudity. 'Intention' can be misleading in this context because you can trick yourself to think that your intention is to watch a good movie or play a good game, not to be sexually stimulated. However, when you feel urges and you know that a movie or video game contains nudity, you can just tell yourself that you want to watch the movie or play the game to be entertained and not sexually aroused, but then you would have still 'unintentionally' given in to the urge. Not sure if it makes sense, but there you go.
